ph33d Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph33d ("ph33d," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph33d.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph33d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph33d platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of ph33d after any amendments to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ph33d operates in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are designed to be consistent with applicable Philippine gaming law and regulatory guidance. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the legal requirement shall prevail.

To register and maintain a ph33d account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming and online gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the ph33d platform, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ph33d or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activities pursuant to any court order, regulatory directive, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

ph33d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player may register only one (1) ph33d account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device profiles, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33d login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity carried out using your ph33d account credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you personally, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

You are required to notify ph33d immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ph33d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

• Keep your password secure and do not use the same password as other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your ph33d account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not allow other persons to use your ph33d account, even temporarily.

ph33d reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to closure, ph33d will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder at their registered email address. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

ph33d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on ph33d are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph33d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph33d account in real time for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. ph33d does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your ph33d account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• ph33d processes approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification checks. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• ph33d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

ph33d offers various promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified ph33d account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as stated) before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotions section of the ph33d platform.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements or unclaimed bonus funds after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

ph33d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already claimed an active promotion will be permitted to complete the stated wagering requirement under the original terms. ph33d also reserves the right to refuse or reclaim bonus funds where it suspects promotional abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on ph33d — including ph33d Casino live dealer tables, Slot games, Bingo rooms, Slide, and Dino Hunter — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer formats verified for fairness under applicable PAGCOR standards. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph33d's systems and are not influenced by account balance, betting history, or any other player-specific factor.

The rules applicable to each individual game are published within that game's interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. ph33d will not reverse or cancel a settled bet on the basis that a player was unaware of the game rules at the time of play.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, ph33d's decision on whether to void, reinstate, or settle the affected round shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory review. ph33d will not be liable for losses resulting from technical faults caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph33d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or false personal information in connection with your ph33d account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game in a manner designed to obtain an unfair advantage, share information improperly, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party tools, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies.
• Money laundering: Using the ph33d platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. ph33d monitors all transactions for suspicious activity in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the ph33d platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to ph33d. Any player found to have filed a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently suspended and may be subject to legal action.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise ph33d's systems, servers, or databases through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized means.

ph33d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on our platform. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to affect your financial wellbeing, your relationships, or your mental health, it is important to seek help promptly.

ph33d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your gaming budget. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the ph33d platform for a fixed period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

All content on the ph33d platform, including but not limited to the ph33d brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ph33d or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph33d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph33d content without express written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any ph33d software or game content.
• Use the ph33d brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the ph33d platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of ph33d's intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your account and platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph33d's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the ph33d platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their ph33d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph33d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical interruption.
• Loss of data, business opportunity, or reputation arising from the use of or inability to use the ph33d platform.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Disruption of service caused by circumstances beyond ph33d's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph33d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ph33d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph33d will notify registered players by publishing a notice on the ph33d platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the ph33d platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ph33d platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.

ph33d will maintain an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which may be requested by players who wish to review changes made since their account registration date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph33d platform.

ph33d operates under Philippine regulatory oversight. Players with complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved through ph33d's internal dispute resolution process may refer their matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints handling procedures.
